3 effective do-it-yourself homemade packs to combat oily skin problems:

Traditional besan and haldi pack (chickpea flour and turmeric): All you need in your pantry is a cup of gram flour, a pinch of turmeric, and some milk to make a smooth paste. Apply it on your face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wet your hands in lukewarm water and gently rub the mask. Wash your face and neck and then apply a gel or water-based moisturizer. Carrot and honey to the rescue: For this hydrating face pack, you need a mashed carrot and some honey mixed in a 2:1 ratio. Apply this mask on face and neck and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently remove using water and circular motions of the hands. Wash and moisturize normally. This mask helps to treat dull and uneven skin and moisturizes the skin. You can use this mask daily to remove accumulated dead skin.

Honey Oatmeal Skin Rejuvenation Pack: For this you need oatmeal powder, two tablespoons of honey and ground almonds and a tablespoon of yogurt. Mix everything to make a smooth paste. Apply this mixture on the face and neck. Leave it on for 15 minutes before washing it off. Oats absorb sebum and keep pores clear. They also exfoliate and moisturize. The yogurt helps reduce pimples and scars and the honey is nourishing and anti-inflammatory and the almonds are rich in vitamin E which softens the skin. Use this mask every other day.
