Wright revealed his daily diet in this YouTube video on his channel. She says she loves celery juice and likes to start each day with it. “It’s very basic, it’s just celery and juice,” she says. “The reason I started drinking celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach is because it’s really good for the liver. It’s supposed to help get a flat stomach. It’s really good for all skin conditions or problems.”
In the same video, Wright revealed that she wasn’t afraid to eat carbs and did it every day. However, Wright says she’s especially mindful of when she eats carbs. “I try to get my carbs at lunchtime rather than dinnertime,” says Wright. “I feel like it digests better if you take it before dinner.”
